Learn How to Create an iOS Prototype

OUDL, the Organization for the Understanding of Dynamic Languages, has launched a new “mini-workshop” program designed to help developers and wannabe-developers learn new concepts often and quickly. Their first mini-workshop, iOS Prototyping with Storyboards, is happening on Thursday, December 6th, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at The Box Jelly.

Kyle Oba, organizer, explained that this workshop uses the Xcode Storyboarding system.

“It’s almost completely drag and drop, requiring very light-to-no coding,” said Oba.

“This is an excellent way to get into iOS development, or to prototype an app idea that you have. Prototypes of apps (especially running on your phone) give you a much better feel for how your design is ‘working’ over paper sketches, post-its, etc.,” Oba further explained.
